I’ve been meaning to update this as I know lots of you finish next Friday for Easter – when I came to review last years quiz I decided I actually quite liked it, so have only tweaked it slightly (and I mean ever so slightly … basically changed 1 question!) as it really is quite good! I put one of these together for the end of every term and students work in groups – I put a scoreboard on my whiteboard and I run it like a little “pub quiz”. There are 5 rounds of 10 questions and if you read the questions, give them time at the end of each round to fill any gaps they have, swap sheets to mark questions, and update the scoreboard its just enough to fill a lesson.
