I put together a quiz every term broadly (very broadly) maths based – the attached (give it a minute to download) is my Easter offering. 5 rounds of 10 questions, but does include some cross curricular elements in terms of anagrams and general knowledge.

Get the students into teams and swap answers to mark them between the rounds. Big score board on the wall with their team names and the students love it! I think its a great way to end term without the lesson just becoming a “doss” lesson. I would love to hear how this goes if you use it.
